came in on time, sadly a part was missing from the package, i did contact and they were able to send the missing part, now the tool is complete. works fine took a wile to charge batteries from flat. but once fully charged it ran good, with the missing part added it performed as advertised. im happy now and im leaving a good review for great customer support and prompt timing to fix, as well well priced and fast arrival time.
