As described. This product was drop shipped from Home Depot. Seller appears to be a broker who lives in Israel. Surprised me. Had there been a problem there was return procedure instructions in the box so all is well. Initially I thought I’d been scammed. Luckily I wasn’t. I’ll award five stars because of condition and timeliness but I won’t buy from again because of the way of selling.
While this transaction was botched by the USPS who lost the package- the seller was absolutly stratight up and kept communicating. They ended up refunding the purchase because its replacement would come too late, but the seller was right ontop of the issue and did right. If opportunity comes up, I would definetly buy from them again.
Product showed up on time and was genuine Milwaukee, just like the listing said. It came in the original manufacturer packaging, shipped in a simple plastic bag via USPS. Item shipped from Georgia even though the seller is located in Israel. I was a little worried at first that it might be a scam — but everything turned out fine.
