The GM 15 Pro came in its original packaging less the batteries. Each part was in its original plastic covering. There were no scratches or signs of previous out of the box usage. The Seller agreed to my counter offer (which I thought he would reject) and shipped them quickly. His price was under market value that purchasing batteries still made the final cost much lower than I would have paid on Amazon. I gave one of them to my HAM friend. I programmed the radio the radio and it works.
Poor communication to include no tracking number provided. Description of the item was incorrect. “My fault” was the response on the description but ultimately, the buyer gets the shaft. The packaging was good. Unfortunate but that’s the risk with Ebay and some sellers. Buyer beware. Can not recommend this seller.
