The seller communicated immediately about the item being delayed by two weeks and how it wouldn't arrive until after Christmas. I greatly appreciate the wonderful communication, especially since the item is a gift. After requesting a cancellation, the order was quickly cancelled and my money refunded to me. Although, I didn't receive the item, the seller's concern and communication was everything and crucial for delivering wonderful customer service.
First, wrong advertisement made adjustments. Second, shipped to wrong address, so advised me. Got a notification of being delivered, didn't happen. Third, got full refund, all through this was good communication, so I guess even wash.
