Although the item I ordered didnt fit like it was supposed to due to a manufacturing defect. I still had a pleasant experience after reaching out and addressing the issue. Delivery was very quick. The crossbars are great quality and heavy duty. Installation was easy. They look great! I missed the part in the listing that said 2 pieces, so I ordered two sets on accident. I was able to return the extra set for a full refund but the communication from the seller was a little awkward.
