This model represents the MiG-21bis type, which served as a mainstay from the 1970s to the 1980s among the many variations of the MiG-21. It accurately captures the silhouette unique to the MiG-21 Fishbed, featuring a delta wing and air intakes located at the nose. The parts are made by Eduard, ensuring reliable assembly. The bulge from the rear of the cockpit to the vertical stabilizer is represented as a separate part, accurately depicting the aircraft's shape. Additionally, the air brake parts can be assembled in either an open or closed position, allowing for different expressions in the finished model. The cockpit interior is also detailed, including the instrument panel and seat. The markings reproduce a natural metal silver aircraft with a blue tactical number 40 on the nose.
