Up for sale is an Antique 14K Yellow Gold 1933 Columbia University College Of Pharmacy 3 Carat Ruby With Caduceus Class Ring. Approximately a size 5.5. Total weight is 8.7 Grams. Ruby measures 8mm Wide X 10mm High (Approximately 3 carats). Ruby is reverse faceted with smooth top. Ring is in good condition with light wear.
