The purchase went smoothly and the product was delivered in a reasonable period of time. When the ultrasonic transducer and the driver board were delivered the packaging was in good condition. Unfortunately, the driver board was damaged and did not work. I contacted the vendor and sent pictures of the damage. The vendor immediately replied. I asked for a replacement which they sent as soon as the Chinese New Year celebration was over. I would definitely buy from this vendor again.
All components and solder joints are were of excellent quality. After purchase the supplier contacted us to verify the type of display on our ice machine, and where the power connection points where on our current control board. It took around 3 weeks for delivery, and arrived in perfect condition and well packaged. The control board did fix my issue of the water inlet solenoid failing to operate. The cost was very reasonable. Great experience!
Great Seller. Item arrived promptly. Exactly as represented in description. Haven't installed yet so can't comment in that repect.
