Everything looked brand new and still wrapped in the original packaging. The item was very easy to assemble. All I had to do was charge the battery And it works flawlessly.

Pro-Audio Item was damaged in shipping. Seller was quick to respond and made a gracious offer to keep with 50% refund. Decided to return due to potential internal damage. Good seller and good communication. Many on ebay selling counterfeit pro-audio so you have to be careful. I would trust and buy from this seller again.
