  1. Great Communication and great customer. When the USPS delivery was very late, they were able to investigate the issues. Ultimately, USPS had damaged the well packed item, I would say per typical industry standards, in fact he package was label "fragile handle with care" (it looked a though it may have gotten caught in some machinery, it looked as though USPS may have inspected the damaged item, but sent the item on anyway as they put new tape on the outside), it was a bummer but "things happen"!

  3. The vendor is one of the better experiences I have had on E-Bay. It is a shame to receive the notification they are retiring. The item, even for being an old, worn service manual, was carefully packaged and promptly shipped. The addition of an invoice and notice of business direction, was a touch of class that is so often missing in today’s fast paced digital society. Thank you. The manual was as described and worth the value paid for it.
