This listing is for 2 Jewish Limoges Plates or Dishes from France with Hebrew and Stars of David. Both measure 5 1/16" across and 9/16" tall. They are marked "GOUMOT-LABESSE - LIMOGES - PORCELAINES - MADE IN FRANCE". There is a gold trim around the edges. I'm not sure if these were to be used as nut dishes or card trays, but they may be used however you can imagine. The first plate says in Hebrew "ברוך הבא" or in English "Welcome" and the second plates says in Hebrew "סימן טוב" or Siman Tov which in English means "Good Sign", but is sometimes used to mean "Good Tidings".
