I ordered the Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe Soothe but received Soothing Hydration which has different ingredients that I don’t care for. The shipping was very fast & arrived early. I contacted the seller & quickly received a response that my account would be credited in full, with their apologies & no need to return the item. Only the 2 stars based on the speed of delivery. Absolutely No Part of My Order is As Advertised. Due to the Misrepresentation of this product the Cost is Unbelievably Outlandish. The purchase was made for Multi Color “bands” like the photo. All “Black” was delivered. Any Target or Walmart has all “Black” at less than half the price. I pray I can get my money back or what I ordered. I’m not rich. If this is straightened out, fine.If my money remains stolen I will Blow This Seller Up.
I originally ordered the four pack of this product during shipment. One of the tops broke and more than half of the liquid spilled out. I contacted the seller. He offered me the option of sending the entire package back, I chose to keep the product as it arrived instead and thanked him within a week I received a new bottle I can’t tell you how surprised and happy I am at this sellers response true professionalism, and appreciation.
