I genuinely cannot thank the seller of this part enough. A replacement EGR valve from my local chevy dealer was almost $1900, a 700% increase in price in under a year. After great communication about the part from the seller, i committed to purchase. Our volt is now code free and back in top shape. This item was accurately described, packaged well, shipped promptly, & arrived w/ minor but correctible damage that clearly occurred during transit. I notified the Seller immediately & received a prompt response, who was engaged & willing to work together on a mutual resolution. Product came as described and shown in the pictures. Shipping was pretty quick and free which is what ultimately led me to purchasing from this buyer. Packaging was good and nothing appeared to be damaged. I wish the response time to my questions were just a little quicker. Most questions I had were responded to in a few hours to 12+ hours, which wasn’t a deal breaker because they did make sure to answer all of my questions. Overall, this seller was great!
