Delivery was quick, packaging was very good and professional. Item was as described, price was reasonable. However I did have a small problem. The mounting bracket had corroded and a bit had broken away and I was concerned that it would effect my ability to use it so I reported it to ASM who handled it very quickly and sent me a replacement which arrived the next morning, so well done ASM. The measure of a company is how they handle a problem and ASM exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much.
the guys at ASM , especially Josh, went out of there way to source this part, great value it was so well packaged an elephant could have sat on it and it wouldn't have made a dent, as i am unable to get around to my disabilitys, i asked if they could post it, well they couldn't have done more , even gave me free postage, once again thx to Josh for that. i am definitely going to check here for parts first from now on . I am so pleased with my experience with ASM i whole heartedly recommend them
The part in the image was the part delivered but was not as described. It arrived with no packaging at all and had been rolling around in the van for 2 days so was considerably scuffed. They sell parts to be painted and say the courier is supposed to do this when collected, clearly they don’t. Comms was good when I contacted but was asked for photos and videos to prove the damaged. I haven’t pursued as need to the car on the road. Value would have been good had it been undamaged as in the ad.
