Order posted for 3 count garment rack. Only received 2. Contacted seller and they agreed to credit refund for 1 missing rack. Shipping was quick and items as described. But email notifications are still showing shipment on its way for 3 racks? But post says out of stock?

Received but the packaging was just plastic bag. Who ships glass containers of liquid in a plastic bag? This needs to be addressed. My 1st shipment broke in delivery how luck I was to receive intact.
