The package was delivered to the wrong address. The picture shown on the UPS site is not my house. The following day, after I'd sent you a message about the address glitch, the rugs, still in their plastic wrapper, but with no box in sight, appeared on my front walkway. Unfortunately, the rugs were too small to suit my needs, so I gave them to a local charity. Then I got your message saying you'd refunded my payment. I would like to reimburse you. What is the best way to do that?

When UPS delivered my item to the wrong home, I contacted UPS customer service resulting in me contacting the eBay seller. I informed the seller of the lost UPS item and that they needed to fill out a form to start an investigation. Less than one day later after contacting the seller, they refunded me.
