Product wasn’t for a category 0 hitch as advertised but customer service took care of the situation immediately and resolved the issue on my end very professionally and quickly. Rather than ship it back they made it worth it it for me to adapt the box blade to my category 0 hitch saving everyone time and money. Very impressed. It happens! Would recommend them and I would by from them again.
While I have not unwrapped them or installed them yet, this was an excellent price after many searches.
