The panel arrived in perfect condition. The pair of "hot" bus bars each have five circuit breaker connection blocks. Each of those 10 blocks provides posts for 2 circuit breakers (total of 20 as advertised. Shipped fast. There isn't a safety "grounding bar", , but you can add one pretty easily because the case has lots of extra room. I was confused by the double-breaker posts, and the seller was very patient with my messages. 5 STARS all around!
Product arrived and was as represented, in good shipping condition. Order took a while to process initially with no communication from seller. Same tracking number was used for 4 small separate boxes, creating concern when only 2 showed up at delivery. Communication with seller was confusing, but the second 2 boxes showed up on another day. Next time, put all 4 in one larger box to make it easier and cheaper to ship
