This ventilation fan is quiet at 1.0 Sone, ENERGY STAR qualified 50 CFM fan, making it perfect for your small room areas. Ease of installation with the room side design for spaces with no attic access and quick template for drywall applications. Features a patented unique clip lock installation system attaching the bath fan securely to your ceiling dry wall. This bathroom exhaust fan is compatible with most dimmer switches and is equipped with a unique color temperature (CCT) changing technology. Now you can select your color temperature depending on your needs or preferences with the flip of a switch located on the back of the bath fan. Test different color temperatures before installation and never be dissatisfied with CCT again. Excellent seller. The unit arrived quickly and was in apparent good shape. I had some trouble getting it to work properly for me so I contacted the seller. He offered some suggestions and told me he would refund my money plus shipping if I could not get it to work properly. It turned out to be my error (complicated by a user's manual that was a little short on information). The unit works fine. Great seller. Highly recommended.
