exceptional service,tracking provided within 1 hour of purchase, delivered within 48 hours of purchase. box damaged in top corner as was monitor,smashed.whole right side of screen was white, left side showed absolutely perfect picture,unit was like new. request for return was answered within an hour.
ebay said wait up to 7 days for return label, came it 2. electrogirl2015 is the best seller ever. best price, make offer, just paid them full,total refund.will always check them first.

FedEx damaged it but I can tell it’s as described and seller responded quickly. It was packaged with large bubble wrap, but FedEx took it out anyway. FedEx did recommend asking for fragile labels on the packaging to help in future shipments. I blame FedEx, not the seller for the damage.

Seller had mistyped as 2x 2GB modules however they were 2x 1GB modules. In some ways it was my fault as the pictures plainly show 1GB. However the price was low enough to keep these as backup modules so I am happy with them. Seller communication was good so still a A+ seller.
