Very substantial and well built. The wooden crate it was shipped in had been badly damaged, (probably by Fed Ex.), and except for a crack in a plastic edging piece, arrived in sound condition. However, the instruction booklet was missing, probably due to crate being damaged and taped shut, but seller responded a/s/a/p and forwarded a copy to me. I had questions regarding the battery charging properly, and seller responded quickly. Overall, very happy with purchase and recommend this seller.
Priced well. Shipping was not up to par. Came in late. FedEx delivered it 1-2 days later than expected. Possible that it was sent to them later than expected too. No explanation for it. That effects my view on purchase.
Unit unfortunately arrived damage. Damage seemed cosmetic. Seller was able to work out an equitable solution that avoided the work and delay associated with a return. Good faith result and good communication.
