Please remove the two stopers in the printer. 3. Why it could not fit my printer? Before buying, please confirm your printer could print letter size thermal paper. For the printer which could only print A4, it will not be compatible for letter size paper, please get the A4 size. 4. Why laser/cartridge printer will make the printing all black? Because these thermal paper does not support laser/cartridge printer, and it only support thermal printer. There is porferated line for folded paper for easy tearing(Rolled paper is not porferated). There are 2 black marks at the back of folded paper to let peripage printer recognize the paper feeding. If you coud not installt the letter paper into Peripage A40, please remove the two paper holders of printer by pressing it in the arrow direction.
