The photos show everything. You can see the date of "1948", celebrating the 200th anniversary of Reading, Pennsylvania. I believe the 3D bust you see in the center is William Penn, however, I am not 100% sure of that, so that is not a guarantee. This little souvenir is made of cast iron and shows wear. A nice vintage collectible, approximately 2.75 inches across the top. Not much more to add to the photos, they are the description and they show the condition.
