For sale today is this terrific collection of images by the legendary photographer Alfred Stanley Johnson of Waupun Wisconsin! This group is truely a museum quality group of original photos and items! Johnson was a pioneer in exaggeration photography and was the second of three generations to run the studio! This lot includes six cabinet photos, five CDVs from the Johnson studio, as well as a gem with neat Johnson studio print on the back, a slide photo of Alfred, Joyce Tice's terrific postcard guide, Johnson Studio letterhead, letters between the studio and the local chamber of commerce in Waupun, a full sheet of Johnson postcard sales images, 77 original real photo postcards including exaggerations, city views and some terrific RARE images from Johnson. Some of these cards are in duplicate because there may be differences between the cards. The original collection was very interested in small changes and differences. A TERRIFIC lot of RARE images!
