  1. UPS admitted to losing this package. As far as I know, it is still under investigation by them. eBay issued a full refund. I just hope the Seller was spared any penalties by eBay as it was all UPS's doing. eBay was real slow on the refund, including a 10 day extension. Possibly because of the amount involved.The Seller and I had good communication throughout. No complaints with our interaction.
