Description
Anritsu UN80-0000A-12 CMA Coaxial RF MIcrowave Switch Module D70932 Item Make: Anritsu Model: UN80-0000A-12 Options: Item Specifics/Condition SOLD AS-IS / UNTESTED, Unit Is In Good Cosmetic Condition, Minor Wear and Tear Description Description The connectors are SMA female for J1, J2, and J3. When you open the top case (three screws), there is another black cover, so you cannot see the solenoid directly (see image), but there are two solenoids, just like the same model listed previously, and I assume that they are the solenoids between J2-J1 and J2-J3, respectively. The control terminal J4 has three pins, so I assume that the center is the common and the left and right are the OUTs of the two solenoids. I measured the resistance between the lines of the control terminals with a tester. Between center (red line) and left (brown line) ⇒ 291Ω Between center (red line) and right (orange line) ⇒ 290Ω. This is assumed to be the solenoid resistance value. In the default state where control terminal J4 is open (0V), both J2-J1 and J2-J3 are conductive (ON). (Confirmed with a tester) When 6V (20mA) to 12V (40mA) is applied from a DC power source between the center (red line) and left (brown line) to pass current through the solenoid, J2-J1 becomes non-conductive (OFF). Reversing the current direction (brown line ⇒ red line) also makes it non-conductive (OFF). Similarly, between the center (red line) and right (orange line), J2-J3 becomes non-conductive (OFF). Only the continuity/non-continuity was confirmed with a tester, and nothing else was confirmed. The measurement equipment was not calibrated, so accuracy cannot be guaranteed. This is just an amateur-level reference value. It has been removed and has scratches, dirt, and fingerprints.
