Realized I purchased the wrong model after a few minutes and immediately contacted the seller asking politely to void the purchase. It was a Sunday afternoon. Seller didn’t get back to me. On Monday morning, seller replied only after mailing the item to me saying there was nothing they could do. I felt unheard and disrespected. I did not contest the sale because it was my fault to click on the wrong item, but I would not recommend this seller based on my experience with them.
I never received what I really ordered ( a 2 gallon sprayer but sent me a 6 L sprayer which had some parts missing because it was opened before I got it. Probably a prior return item. I left a REPORT WITH EBAY BUT GOT a message they would pull his add. I am now having to use smaller sprayer with a higher price. BE WARE.
Jesikca responded immediately and went out of her way to have my order delivered to me after I had inadvertently selected the option to pick up the item. I appreciated all the extra time she spent helping me with my order and I highly recommend this seller.
