Description
To all the Atari collectors out there. I was the Atari rep for the Home Computer Division in St. Louis back in the early 80's. I have a treasure drove of Atari related things that are probably NOT in existence anymore. Being the pack rat that I am and don't throw anything away, I didn't realize I still had all my training materials, retail only materials, company memos, booklets, price sheets, and on and on and on. Anyone could sell the games and hardware. Those are a dime a dozen on ebay. What I have is truly unique. I will be listing dozens and dozens of items in the upcoming days and weeks. It may take me a while to photograph and chronicle everything I have. There is a well respected national museum dedicated to the video game industry that offered to come to St. Louis and make a bid for my entire collection. However I'd like to see what I can do with it for all the collectors around the world. I have truly one of a kind things for sale. While I can't prove that there aren't others out there I have to believe there are not many. Especially some of the things I have for sale. Why would there? Who saves this stuff?!! This piece of software I assume would be rare because it's not something that would be on most collectors radar. For those who still have the Atari Home Computers or who collect Atari things I bet this is a rare piece. It's not like hardware or games. This I doubt would be in existence anymore. This is a fantastic collectible for the real serious collector of anything Atari. Anyone could have games, hardware, etc. Those are a dime a dozen, but this?! This is unique. This would be an incredible item to have on a book shelf, display case, etc to highlight anyone's Atari collections.
