Great customer service throughout the whole process as I had questions before ordering, since wanted to use as a potential replacement in a Sun Joe Lawn Mower. Unfortunately, item showed was delivered and never arrived, whether delivered to wrong address or whatever. Again, post order customer service was great and I have nothing other than positive to say other than the shipping company or if was delivered somewhere else whomever received not promptly correctly delivering to us.
