It mainly contains two subsystems: wireless and microcontroller. The wireless subsystem contains 2.4G radio, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n/ax, BT/BLE and 802.15.4 baseband/MAC designs. The microcontroller subsystem consists of a low-power 32-bit RISC-V CPU with a floating-point unit, DSP unit cache, and memory up to 320 M. In addition, the chip features a rich set of peripheral interfaces, specifically DVP, Dispaly, MJPEG, Audio Codec, USB2.0, SDU, Ethernet (EMAC), SD/MMC (SD), and MMC (SD). /MMC(SDH), SPI, UART, I2C, I2S, PWM, GPDAC, GPADC, ACOMP, etc., which can be applied in multimedia fields such as audio/video and industrial fields.
