Hat was not at all what I was expecting, very poor quality for the price, sits on your head in a weird way and looks ridiculous, and the customization was so small that you almost can't read it. Item was shipped well and customized quickly, just wish the quality was better.
Fair condition dents in hat. Should not have been sent in a small bag with no protection. Having a hard time forming it again.
