Description

Thanks for looking. Offered is a Lot of Built-Rite Farm Outbuildings. Included is a 57-2 Tool Shed, 57-3 Granary, 57-4 Hog House, 57-5 Chicken House, and an unmarked shed. Tool shed has some wear to the edges of the roof including a small crease in the back left corner. Granary also has some wear to the corners of the roof as well as a crease in the left barn door on one wall, and a crease up the center of the barn door on the other wall. It does appear there was an attempt to split the doors so the could be opened, but was never completed. Hog house has some play and storage wear to the roof as well as some glue on a corner seam of the building. Chicken house has some litho wear to the front lower left corner. There is also a crease in the same spot. Roof has some wear and there are some minor spots of old glue on the left side wall. Small shed building is not marked as Built-Rite, but I believe it may be. Roof is pretty good, as is the litho. Underside has a spot of staining. As mentioned above, all buildings have had atleast the roofs glued in place. What appears to be the name of the previous owner written in marker or crayon on the inside of the roofs. These are best suited for HO or possibly S gauge layouts. They could be used on O gauge as well in forced perspective on a hill or mountain side situation. Dimensions of each available upon request. I happily combine shipping. A revised invoice with updated shipping will be sent. You can also complete checkout right away, and I will refund any overage paid. Please keep in mind that shipping charges continue to rise. I do not look to make a profit from shipping, the rates are quoted by the carrier and are passed along. Because of the increase in shipping, it is in many cases cheaper to ship 2 or more items together in the same box when you cost average things. Please look to see if there is anything else of interest that can help to lower the overall cost, especially if that other item was something you were interested in anyways. I do try to offer as many shipping options as possible to suit your needs, both as far as cost goes, and speed at which you receive an item. International shipping available.
