  2. I received a box with 4 factory sealed pieces of tape cut. I was not expecting that. Customs? I was expecting the item on 5/30/24. It arrived today 5/8/24. That was a pleasant surprise. This is not Amazon 2-day delivery. Patience is required. I got an original box product, not a bag containing factory sealed bags of parts. Instructions included, still sealed. Shipping time needs reduction, but it was communicated to me, so I was aware of the time required.
