  1. Stamp sold and delivered is very nice copy of issue. The stamp was advertised as "lightly hinged" which turned out to be untrue. It was heavily hinged. Also, the seller failed to secure the stamp in a small holder. When the envelope was first opened, I could not fine the stamp. It had come out of its holder it was shipped in, and, I finally found it none the worse for wear lying loose inside the large envelope it was shipped in. Also, I got dinged for shipping on an expensive stamp.
