Description
This is a blue iridescent carnival glass footed and covered compote bowl from Indiana Glass in the elegant and popular HARVEST GRAPE pattern. This was made in the early 1970's, probably 1971 during the Indiana Glass carnival glass revival. It is 11" to the top of the finial, 8" to the top of the bowl, the bowl is 7" in diameter, the foot is 4" in diameter and the weight is 3 lbs 5 oz. I believe pictures #8, 9 & 10 may show a factory mark or signature. The condition is good but note that there is a tiny hairline (see last pictures) on the top edge of the bowl that I almost did not see and it does not appear to affect the integrity of the bowl.
The seller was very responsive to inquiries, very helpful and the item was shipped the same day! It arrived very well packaged and in pristine condition! I highly recommend this seller!!
