This knife for auction is a 2000 issue Case Special Factory Order 12-31-00 Autumn Canoe , 3 5/8" closed, featuring the incredible looking Case "Peachseed" Jigged Autumn Bone (cattle bone) handles and the nickel silver Case XX script style shield. This Case Special Factory Order Autumn Special Shield Canoe was manufactured exclusively for the Case retailer Shepherd Hills Cutlery in a quantity of 50 pieces in 2000. The front side handle has the nickel silver Case XX script style shield while the rear side handle has the Special Factory Order 12-31-00 Bar shield. Please see the 4th photo as I added the exact photo off of the Shepherd Hills Cutlery website, documenting the quantity of 50 pieces issued. The master Spear blade is tang stamped with Case XX with 5 X's and 5 Dots, dating this as a 2000 issue Case knife, while the rear tang of the small Spear blade is pattern stamped with USA 62131 SS.
