The knife comes out of a really nice collection of Case Classics we just purchased in a wonderful group. This knife for auction is a 1994 issue Case Classic 530109X Genuine Stag Three Backspring Whittler Knife , 3 1/4" closed, with a nicely matched Genuine Stag (deer stag) handles and the straight version nickel silver bolsters. This Case Classic Genuine Stag 530109X was issued in a limited quantity in 1994 of only 200 pieces and features the pinned nickel silver Case Arrowhead shield. The master Spear blade is stamped on the front tang with Case Brothers Bradford, PA 19 USA 94, while the rear tang of this blade is pattern stamped with Tested XX 530109X. Both the smaller Spear and Spey blades are stamped Case Brothers Tested XX Bradford, PA. All 3 blades are stamped and all 3 have good "walk and talk" snap.
