The item arrived very well packaged. Complete with heavy bubble wrap and snug in the box. The item was not exactly as expected, it had a small chip on the top of the lighthouse and it was quite dirty. After the original review, the seller reached out, genuinely interested in rectifying the situation. Even offering a refund, despite the original listing stating “no returns.” While not an ideal purchase experience, I appreciate his willingness to put buyer satisfaction before his own interests.

Great condition, packaged very well, and shipped fast once the seller was able to package it. Seller was very nice and reached out to let me know there would be a delay in shipping but it wasn’t bad at all. This was a great value for an authentic SNES classic (not one of the many knockoffs).
