Description
Hi I'm James Parker and I am offering some fine knives for auction from a recent Case Canoe Collection acquisition. The winning bidder pays $5.95 for USPS Ground Advantage Shipping with Delivery Confirmation included in the Shipping price. We recently acquired a great collection of W.R. Case & Sons Canoe patterns. As you have seen, we started listing these a month ago and this one for auction is one right out of this fine Case Canoe Collection. This knife for auction is a 1984 issue Case 5 Dot 62131 New Grind Canoe , 3 5/8" closed, with very nice Genuine Bone (cattle bone) handles and the pinned enclosed Case oval shield. The master Spear blade has the popular Canoe etching and is tang stamped reading Case XX U.S.A. with 6 Dots, dating this a 1984 issue Case knife, while the rear tang of this blade is pattern stamped with 62131. The knife has the very seldom used High Shoulder "New Grind" blades adding a nice custom look and finish as well as equal if not stronger blade strength. This knife has never been used or carried with just some minor spotting on the blades from age. Both blades are tight with great "walk and talk" snap. Please be sure to see the Supersize Photos for the EXACT item you will receive. We will include a brand new unlabeled Case factory box as knives of this period did not come with boxes many times. This fine 1984 issue Case 6 Dot 62131 New Grind Canoe is being offered at No Reserve. Yes, A True No Reserve Auction Where The Bidding Starts At .99 Cents. Thanks for your bids, we appreciate it.
