The decals are computer cut, transfer tape is applied and detailed application instructions are included. It is 100% vinyl. No printing. If you choose no background, the white letters will be in white vinyl on top of the blue.(Much better grease/oil/weather/sun resistance than printed decals.) These are awesome quality stickers and whoever is the creator of these are fabulous from their professionalism instructions to the speed of the shipping them. Their description of shipping which specifies them using outside delivery and item may show delivered when you track it but it may not deliver till a few days later is absolutely not the case in my deal cause it came exactly as expected.
