This piece was in my mother's collection and has been in storage for the past 10 years, it is in like new condition. The product is a Department 56 Heritage Village building of Fezziwig's Warehouse, designed for Christmas occasions. It comes in its original box with a cord, part of the collectible Heritage Village collection. The building features intricate detailing.
