I ordered from Arizona USA and bought the DJI RC pro 2. I received the item brand new in the original packaging sealed. I just set it up with my Air 3 and mini 4 pro and everything setup and paired. Item came in good condition and so far works well and is definitely an improvement over the rc 2 controller. I would definitely buy from this seller as everything was as described with no extra tarrif or extra shipping charges.
The DJI RC Pro 2 Remote was exactly as described…new and genuine DJI! The remote is great! FLY Drone shipped the remote immediately. It took a little over 2 weeks to arrive but that’s not the sellers fault…US customs fault. I had a question and received a quick response. Great transaction, highly recommend both the remote and FLY Drone!
The initial shipment was returned to sender, but it was quickly re sent with another carrier and it was received in a little more than a week. China is 12 hrs. ahead of EST so communication is delayed by that time delay. Would definitely recommend seller!
