I chose to go ahead with the purchase and see what I would end up with. The item was in good shape, operates as it should but was missing a couple of parts. This item was listed as a Small - in the bottom of the listing in small print it says XXS. Listing also states new with tags and it didn't have any tags. Super disappointed. Seller does not accept returns. BUYER BEWARE -- read entire listing and ask questions.
The luggage I received was not new with tags. I contacted the seller, who then made it right by offering me a partial refund and I accepted it. I will buy again from this seller when a need arises.
