Today that standard has been expanded and defined more specifically. eBay has lowered those standards, but this seller offered a book that met the quality, condition and the appearance of one that the book trade would regard as a new book. My only ask of ALL book sellers on eBay is, please ship books wrapped well and in a box. this book was only bubble wrapped, and is my experience the book was very lucky to have survived USPS without damage.

Arrived as pictured. I ordered 2, one of them came shipped and the coin was out of place and scratching the promo card. Other than that, no tampering with the booster pack at all. Would buy from again!
