Described as "new," however, full of scratches and a cracked ear make it hard to believe it was "new." Photos showed some wear and tear, but the crack in the ear looked like a small dent in photo. I knew it would be perfect, but it is disappointing. I guess that's what I get purchasing something that says "no returns." Shipping time and packaging of item were fine.
