I absolutely love my scooter. I use it for short trips (panera) or to take my son to/from daycare. The seller was awesome and very responsive to the question I asked before bidding. A few tips unrelated to seller: Watch video closely to install the front wheel. It’s pretty confusing so take your time. We bought a basket, cup holder, and rear handlebar for the back rider separately but those were very worth investment. also recommend a timer outlet to prevent overheating
The bike was tightly and heavily packed for safe shipping. All parts were included, as well!
