I have been very disappointed trying to contact the seller and figure out a way to receive my items and for the second time I placed an order and I didn’t receive anything! My car has been taking a spot in an auto shop waiting for this package and I can’t even drive it or get my things done! It’s been 3 weeks since I’m trying to solve this problem with the seller and eBay customer service but no one is actually answering me!
Great quality product. Well packaged, with reasonable international shipping time. Just be advised that Ebay nor the seller includes the duty fees in the final purchase price, leaving you with an extra heafty amount to pay to UPS. Bringing THE total amount spent on that item higher than expected. Not the seller's fault, everybody pays duty fees, but its nice to have that in mind when ordering... FYI.
This company is great!!! The clutch was supposed to be here before Christmas but got lost in transit. I sent them a message and they sent a new clutch out to me right away and it arrived in no time at all. Very pleased, to say the least, with the way they handled the situation and their professionalism.
