Great seller with good communication ⭐⭐⭐ Exactly as described, great quality beans, better packing material needed because bag arrived punctured but was in otherwise good condition, great value for money, the appearance was as described. The seller was late sending the beans but messaged me to let me know it was because they were waiting on a fresh batch of new stock and sent my order out immediately after the stock arrived.
Product took 5 days to ship from Melbourne to Sydney as no express shipping service offered. When coffee arrived it was damaged as courier decided to slam can into our mailbox instead of walking up to our front door. Great communication with seller and refund issued immediately.
