The Unifi USW-24-POE was packaged carefully and exactly as described. It is a great addition to the Unifi ecosystem as it allows me to have a lot of POE ports in a rack-mountable format with no fan. It was a great price for the item as it was cheaper than buying from Unifi directly, especially when considering the free shipping. Item was brand new in box and did not have any dents from shipping.
