Dolls arrived safely. Unfortunately dolls did arrive rather dirty after seller saying they would be cleaned prior to sending. After making contact about this, I had immediate response and seller made a token gesture of a tiny refund to cover cleaning materials. Both the prompt reply and refund were very much appreciated. Also the seller provided excellent service by the super quick replies to my questions prior to the sale.
When I received my item I noticed that there were some parts missing(board, cable, etc), which didn’t align with the listing which advertised it as “New-Open box”. I immediately contacted the seller about this, and in less than 60s I was refunded! This seller was exceptional, and on top of that, they let me keep the item. I can’t express how great they were! A+++!
Aside from the game missing 4 pieces and the instructions when the seller said "it's all there." Everything else was there and in decent shape. Great price, fast and well packaged shipping, and very fast message response time.
